Hawaii

Hawaii became a state on August 21, 1959. Prior to statehood, it was known as the Territory of Hawaii (or Hawaii Territory) between 1900–1959.

According to the survey, the earliest Germans from Russia to arrive in Hawaii were third generation descendants from the city of Odessa near the Black Sea. They arrived in Oahu, Hawaii in 1985.

There were no immigrant Germans from Russia reported to have lived in Hawaii. There were, however, second, third and fourth generation descendants living there at some point.
