The Data

All of the sources used to collect, organize and present the data on the map are freely and readily available. No proprietary materials, methods, or tools were used. Anyone who decides to seriously take on a project like this can independently produce the same results in the same format and present them with the same tools that I have.

The data that is presented on the map is not subject to copyright. Therefore, it also does not fall under Creative Commons licensing, which grants generous licensing to works that are otherwise copyrightable.

That said, credit as a source by those who use the data in other works is appreciated.

The estimated date for the first release of the data (full map contents and survey summaries) is January 20, 2020. At the point the data is made available for download, it will be updated automatically as additions and corrections are made.
